Ingredients

To boil eggs
  • Water as required
  • Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • Soda (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Eggs (4)
To make yolks paste
  • Boiled egg yolks
  • Mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic mayo (1 tablespoon)
  • Mustard sauce (1 teaspoon)
To coat egg whites
  • All purpose flour (1/4) cup
  • Boiled Egg whites
For frying
  • oil
To sprinkle
  • Chili flakes
  • Oregano leaves

Directions / steps to prepare:

Step 1

Take a pan add water to it, after a boil add vinegar, soda, salt and eggs to it. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.

Step 2

After that remove the eggs from hot water and place them into cold water, and peel off easily

Step 3

Now separate the yolks in a bowl, add mayonnaise, garlic mayo and mustard sauce. Mash very well

Step 4

Take a piping bag, add the yolks paste to it and set aside.

Step 5

On the other side take a bowl add all purpose flour to it. And coat it on eggs whites very well

Step 6

Then fry the eggs Whites on medium flame, until golden brown.

Step 7

After frying, add the egg yolks to it. With the piping bag. Or you can also use a spoon

Then sprinkle chili Flakes, or oregano leaves
