
Danedaar suji Ka halwa ( Semolina sweet) , halwa is the most eaten sweet dish in Pakistan. I gonna share the best way of preparing this sweet with semolina. I'll also tell you a secret tip to make this sweet soft and grainy. It is really easy to prepare it.
To make sugar syrup, take a saucepan. Add sugar and water, let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Till then, on the other stove keep a wok, add desi ghee. Let it melt, after that add semolina to it and fry it on low flame, until it changes color. Always remember that you have to add " Desi ghee, semolina, and sugar " in the same quantity.
After 10 to 15 minutes add a pinch on yellow color in the sugar syrup.
Then turn off the stove of semolina and add sugar syrup to it slowly. And mix together. Then add the secret ingredient "soda" just a pinch. It will helps you to make your sweet very soft and grainy, and the it will not allow the sweet to get hard after it cool down. Then add the cardamom powder (it's optional). Now Turn on the flame and cook it on low flame until thickened.
Now garnish it with any type of nuts, and serve.
