
This fried chicken recipe is Specifically a korean fried chicken wings recipe but along with a Pakistani touch. This chicken is very tendered and crunchy at the same time.
Take a bowl, add All purpose flour, corn starch / corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, red chilli flakes and papaya powder (do not skip papaya powder if you need tendered chicken). Now mix all the powders together and coat the chicken wings with it very well.
Now preheat the oil, and deep fry all chicken wings until golden (Do not over fry the wings otherwise they will become hard).
Now take a wok add oil. Let it heat up, then add 1 tablespoon of (Garlic and ginger) paste and let it saute. After that, add garlic chilli sauce, vinager and soye sauce. Mix all together and cook for 1 minute. Now add Ketchup mix well and cook again for 2 minites. Then add chilli powder , salt and brown sugar (you can also use regular sugar but if you need more shiny wings i recommend you to use brown sugar) . Give it a nice mix, Sauce is ready.
Now add the fried chicken wings to this sauce and mix it very well
Now garnish the wings with fried onion and sesame seeds. (Or anything you like). And serve.
