Easy homemade clarified butter (Desi ghee) recipe

If you want to save your time and money, follow this easy recipe to make clarified butter (desi ghee) at home. I made this clarified butter directly from fresh milk's cream (Malai). Clarified butter (desi ghee) is very healthy for everyone. It is a really good idea to make everyday'S meal using clarified butter (desi ghee). If you have eyesight problems i recommend you to use clarified butter (desi ghee) daily. You'll see the improvement within a few days of using clarified butter (desi ghee).

Directions / steps to prepare:

Step 1

To make clarified butter directly from fresh milk's cream, you have to collect cream (malai) from the fresh milk. It will be better to collect atleast (1 kg) fresh cream (malai). After that do the process of making clarified butter.

Step 2

First take a non stick pan/saucepan add the fresh milk's cream (malai) to it. Bring it to a boil on medium flame. After a boil turn the flame to the low and let it cook for alteast 10 minutes. After 10 minutes cream will starts saperating the butter and foam at that time turn the flame to the medium and let it cook. During this process keep stirring otherwise it will stick to the sides. When the foam gets brown it mean our butter is done (Do not let it burn). Once it's done strain it quickly. Because after room temperature it will become solid. Now enjoy it everyday With flat bread, or make your meals using this easy and healthy clarified butter
