
Sweet carrot pudding (Gabriela recipe), is one of most famous sweets in Pakistan. I made this carrot pudding whit an easy and authentic recipe. The good taste and quality of the sweet carrot pudding depends on the quantity of everything. So, follow the recipe as it is to have a great taste and good quality.
To make the sweet carrot pudding, take a pressure cooker. Add desi ghee, let it melt then add cardamom to it and fry for 2 minutes. After that add carrots to it and fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add soaked rice and water to it and cook for 2 minutes.
Then give it steam on high flame for 7 to 8 minutes and set it aside.
Now take a pan add milk after a boil add the cooked carrot mixture to it. Mix together and cook until half.
after it become half in quantity, add sugar, almonds and pistachios now cook on low flame until thickened. So, it is ready to be served. Garnish it with some nuts and serve anytime.(Make sure that the quantity of carrots, water and sugar should be the same).
