Healthy and creamy pasta salad recipe

This delicious cream salad contains pasta, many healthy vegetables and cream. So, this is the best salad for everyone. You can make it easily and eat it anytime you want.

Ingredients

To make cream paste
  • Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
  • Dairy cream (1/4 cup)
  • Lime juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1 teaspoon)
  • White pepper (1 teaspoon)
To prepare the salad
  • Boiled Macaroni (1/2 cup)
  • Boiled potatoes (1/4 cup)
  • Boiled chickpeas (1/4 cup)
  • Boiled carrot (1/4 cup)
  • Boiled corns (1/4 cup)
  • Cabbage (1/4 cup)
To garnish
  • Mint leaves
To sprinkle
  • Oregano leaves

Directions / steps to prepare:

Step 1

Take a bowl add mayonnaise, dairy cream, lime juice, salt, black pepper and white pepper. Mix all together. And set aside.

Step 2

On the other side. Take a bowl, add boiled macaroni, boiled potatoes, boiled white chickpeas, boiled corn, boiled carrot and cabbage mix all ingredients. Then add creamy mixture to it and combine well.

Step 3

At the end add some mint leaves on the top, to give it a nice look and sprinkle oregano leaves for a nice taste.
