Healthy vegetables pasta recipe

This pasta recipe is very healthy to eat and easy to make. It's very beneficial and tasty at the same time. I made this vegetables pasta on griddle (tava) within 20 minutes only. You can also make this pasta using a pan.

Ingredients

To boil pasta
  • Pasta 1 pack
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Water as required
To make pasta
  • Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped garlic 1 tablespoon
  • Spring onion 1/4 cup
  • Tomato 1 medium sized
  • Carrot 1/4 cup
  • Cabbage 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Peas 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Soye sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
To make vegetables soft
  • Water 1 cup

Directions / steps to prepare:

Step 1

To make veg pasta, first take a griddle or a pan. Add oil, let it heatup then add chopped garlic, and fry it until it changes color.

Step 2

After that add spring onion, tomato, carrot, capsicum, cabbage and peas. Mix all together and fry for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Now add red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, salt, white pepper powder, soye sauce and chilli sauce. Mix all well then add 1 cup of water. Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 4

After 5 minutes remove the cover and add boiled pasta to it. Mix well and cook again for 2 minutes on low flame.
