Shallow fried potato cheese balls recipe

Shallow fried corn potato cheese balls recipe, there is a great combination of cheese and soft potatoes with the corns to make it more flavored. Cheese ball is one of children's favorite snacks. Some people have issues with more oily things, and they avoid eating more snacks. However I made these cheesy potato balls in less oil, so I think they can also eat these cheese balls daily.

Ingredients

To make filling
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • cheddar cheese 1/4 cup
  • corns 1/4 cup
For mixture of potatoes
  • Potatoes 3 medium sized
  • Green Chilli 1 tablespoon m
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken powder 1/2 teaspoon
For frying
  • Oil 3 tablespoons
For coatings
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1/4 cup

Directions / steps to prepare:

Step 1

To make cheese balls take a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and corns, Mix well.

Step 2

Now shift it In a mold (to make block) set it well and keep it in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3

Now take a bowl add potatoes and mash or grate the potatoes. Then add green chillies, salt, red chilli Flakes, cumin seeds, coriander powder and chicken powder. Mix all together and set aside.

Step 4

After 15 or 20 minutes, cut the corn cheese block into small pieces

Step 5

Now take a part of potato mixture and make a ball, now make a hole in it fill it up with a piece of corn cheese and roll it again to make a ball. Do the same with other mixture.

Step 6

Not take a ball, first coat it with corn flour, then dip it in beaten egg, then coat bread crumbs to it. Do the same with other balls.

Step 7

Now take a pan add oil preheat it, then add the balls and fry until golden brown.
