Ingredients

To wash the chicken
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Water as required
  • chicken 1 breast
For coating
  • Eggs 2
  • All purpose flour 2 tablespoons
  • Corn flour 2 tablespoons
For frying
  • Oil as required
To marinate chicken
  • White pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli Flakes 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  • Papaya powder 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 1 tablespoon

Directions / steps to prepare:

Step 1

Take one chicken breast add salt and vinegar. It will remove the smell from the chicken. and helps to maintain a better taste. Now wash it very well and cut into medium cubes.

Step 2

Now add white pepper powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, red chilli Flakes, coriander powder, garlic ginger paste and papaya powder. If you need softness in your chicken do not skip papaya powder because it works as a tenderizer. Now add chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix well, cover and let it rest for 2 hours.

Step 3

After the rest, take a bowl add eggs, corn flour and all purpose flour. Give it nice whisk until no lumps.

Step 4

Now add this better to the marinade chicken. Mix it very well.

Step 5

We gonna deep fry the tikka boti. So, preheat the oil on High flame. After that turn the flame to medium add all pieces of chicken. Fry until golden brown And serve as you like to do.
