Spicy masala potatoes recipe

Spicy Masala potato is one of the best desi dishes. Today I'll show you the easiest way to prepare masala potatoes curry in less time. You carve the masala potatoes with rice or flat bread. It tastes good with boht. These ptatoes are very spicy, soft and sour as well.

  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • I/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
To cook
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2/3 cup curd

Directions / steps to prepare:

Step 1

Take 2 medium size potatoes, cut into cubes.

Step 2

Take a wok, add oil and preheat the oil.

Step 3

Then add potatoes, coriander powder, salt, chilli flakes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumn seeds and water. And mix well.

Step 4

Cover it and cook until the water dries.

Step 5

After that add curd, keep stirring and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with flat bread.
