Easy and tasty chili chicken, this is one of the popular Chinese dish. It might be time taking to cook with other methods, but I'll teach you to cook it within a few minutes.
To cook chili chicken quickly, take a grinder add tomatoes, chili sauce, lime juice, ketchup, garlic and ginger to it.
Grind it well, and make a smooth paste.
Take a pan add oil and preheat it, then add half breast chicken (cube cut) and fry until gets soft.
After that add the paste we had prepared. Add salt and chili Flakes, mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Take water, add cornflour to it and mix to the chicken, cook again for 2 minutes. This step gives a great shiny touch to the chicken.
